The landing is around 80 m2 and therefore holds plenty of people for entertaining. The owner of Köpegårda in the seventies used to have a Grand Banks 60" placed here. The water inlet ends where our plot ends which means there is only the occassional boat that passes.
Whatever direction you turn, amazing scenes meet your eye. Another nice piece of information is that the title deed is so old, that it includes half the water in the Köpegårda bay.
